Armory work to block Ash Street Tuesday morning

The City of Columbia will be installing a new compressor in the Armory Sports and Recreation Center located at the corner of Ash Street and Seventh Street on Tuesday, Aug. 2, beginning at 6 a.m. Work is expected to take about two hours.
Because of this work, Ash Street near the corner of Seventh Street will be closed from 6 a.m. until about 8 a.m. County employees may wish to take alternate routes during this period.
